The worst self-service there is, spending 40 minutes to deposit an amount at an ATM because of a queue, is a lack of respect for your customers. Fix those cashiers, what's the point of having 10 cashiers if only 1 works... Disrespect...
Bad agency. On the Bradesco website and on any official channel, it says that you can register the biometrics in any agency, but when you arrive at the agency, they say "NO". Something so primitive could make life easier for everyone, especially those who use technology.
